1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RaidForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. RaidForge is a free service for organizing World of Warcraft raid teams.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. RaidForge cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RaidForge for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the service. Don't harass other users, attempt to access accounts that don't belong to you, or interfere with the service.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create. By using RaidForge you grant us a license to store and display that content as needed to operate the service.

5. Service Availability

RaidForge is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, data preservation, or feature availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

6. Not Affiliated with Blizzard

RaidForge is an independent fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment. World of Warcraft and all related trademarks are property of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.

7. Privacy

We collect the minimum information needed to run the service (your email, character name, guild data). We don't sell your data. We may show ads to support hosting costs.
